Industry professional with over 30 years’ experience in property development, design and construction sector.   Determined and persistent with a strong achievement orientated attitude and the confidence and ability to make decisions and implement them with the skills necessary to meet deadlines and to motivate and lead others.    A manager who is keen to listen to individual ideas, with the ability to assess risk, analyse conflicting problems, and to propose and present innovative and effective solutions.   Combined site experience with professional academic study to win bids and lead teams on several major and high-rise projects in London.
