Regional Managing Director, working with the technical, construction and sales teams on this development of 43 houses and 130 apartments with a landscaped pedestrianised boulevard and lush garden square. Car parking, leisure facilities and plant are in the basement spreading under the entire development site to facilitate the car free feel.
The development is designed to resemble London's residential squares with tranquil green spaces. The development was constructed with reinforced concrete frames, and a mix of contemporary features and classic designs on the facades.
