Production Director, working with the construction team to deliver this mix of 13 buildings including Grade II listed, converted heritage properties and new build homes.

All new blocks and houses spring off a new basement containing car park, leisure facilities and central plant.
​
Traditional crafts people were employed in the restoration of the listed buildings requiring lime render, horsehair plaster on lath, tuckpointing and careful refurbishment of timber panelling.
