Production Director, developed construction strategy for the complex build including a full 4 storey deep basement excavation close to the river Thames. Selected subcontractors and suppliers for the sub-structure, RC frame (using precast sandwich panels and Omnia slabs. The window system and roof level curved filigree were procured and fabricated in Turkey and a luxury ocean liner fit-out company from Ireland used to manufacture and fit specialist joinery. Using Portland stone for the facades was a pre-requisite planning requirement due to the prime central London location.

Constructed in six blocks over the four storey basement, housing leisure facilities and pool, business suite, central plant and two levels of parking, this is an iconic landmark reflecting the richest aspects of London living.

An advanced show apartment and sales office secured early sales adding to the success of the project.

Once the basement was complete, we set up a fully staffed office to deliver the scheme with carefully selected teams of architects, surveyors and construction managers to work closely with the subcontractors on this award winning building.
