Construction Director, leading the bid team to develop the construction feasibility, programme and cost plan to win the tender and lead the construction team to deliver whilst maintaining client relationships during construction.
There are two main blocks on this project, one private and one affordable homes for a local housing association, with tight site boundaries including a main artery to the City of London and an electrical substation providing power to the city. A change of architect to UNStudio led to a dramatic change in design of the 31 storey Canaletto Tower, which was dealt with by working collaboratively with our client Groveworld.
