Construction Director, leading the bid team to develop the construction feasibility, programme and cost plan to win the tender and lead the construction team to deliver whilst maintaining client relationships during construction. Owing to good performance and good client relationships, combined with competitive pricing, Ardmore continued with future phases of the regeneration scheme creating more than 1,000 new homes, replacing previous unfit social housing.
We utilised GRC facade panels to replicate Portland stone to increase the financial viability of the scheme and reduce the construction programme. The sequencing on this regeneration was key as the newly built homes we used to house exiting residents on the estate, allowing for demolition and regeneration on the remainder sections of the estate.
