Construction Director, successfully led the bid team to win the first tier one contractor role for Athletes Village, signifying our experience and expertise in delivering large-scale projects.

Resposible for managing programme and interfacing with the Olympic Authorities to ensure coordination across the delivery site.
Working closely with Lend Lease (development manager) and the London Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games, we delivered these high quality homes on time and on budget.
Our construction methodology of using prefabricated bathroom pods, which we constructed in our own off-site factory, and precast facade panels assisted greatly in the speed of construction.
