Construction Director, leading the bid team to develop the construction feasibility, programme and cost plan to win the tender and lead the construction team to deliver whilst maintaining client relationships during construction.
Successful delivery of this development, including a 19-storey tower led to subsequent construction of 949 residential and student units over for separate plots in the peninsula regeneration.
